Where Do the Consultations Take Place?

I am currently seeing people online in order to keep my more vulnerable clients safe. I have also found that many people prefer this option as it cuts down the need for travel and they can feel more comfortable in their own home.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

How many sessions you will need will depend on the complexity of your situation. After an initial consultation, I will have a much better idea as I will understand your health history. As an average figure, 3-4 sessions is usual, however with ongoing health concerns more may be needed.

How Much Do the Sessions Cost?

An initial consultation, lasting around 90mins is £85 for adults and £55 for children (60mins).

Follow-up sessions last up to 45mins and cost £50 for adults and £40 for children (40mins).

If you book an initial consultation and a follow-up at the same time, the cost for adults is £125 and £85 for children.

These prices include the nutrition consultations, a full initial or follow-up nutrition plan (emailed later) and ongoing support between sessions as needed. It does not include the cost of any supplementation or laboratory testing that may be recommended.

Can you Help with a Diagnosis?

As a registered nutritional therapist, I cannot diagnose any medical conditions. For diagnoses, I will recommend you see your General Practitioner.

Do You Do Any Laboratory Testing?

If appropriate, I may recommend laboratory testing in order to help identify any underlying issues. This could include breath, saliva, blood or stool testing. Many tests can be done in the comfort of your home, however some may include visits to external clinics – this is often the case with blood samples.

I utilise a few different private laboratories depending on the testing required including Genova Diagnostics, Invivo Clinical (based here in Stroud), Cyrex and Cambridge Nutritional Sciences.

Am I Covered on My Health Insurance?

Some insurance companies do cover complementary therapies on their plans and as such may refund you the cost of the nutritional consultation fees. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
